HOT STONE MASSAGE
A full body massage with the use of warm basalt stones or Himalayan stones.
Typically from river beds, basalt stones are used as they have a rich iron content that retains heat to provide deep relaxation and tension release.
While Himalayan salt stones provide grounding properties to improve sleep and balance the central nervous system as well as supports electromagnetic overload from electronic devices.

PRENATAL MASSAGE
A relaxing or therapeutic massage experience with a prenatal certified licensed massage therapist. This additional certification provides knowledge on how to make you comfortable, areas to avoid, and how to best serve you during this exciting time. Can be scheduled during the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd trimester.

COUPLES MASSAGE
A shared customized massage experience for two people in the same room-- a perfect way to spend quality time together.

REFLEXOLOGY
Reflexology is based on the traditional Chinese medicine principle that the foot has "reflex" points that correspond to various organs, glands, and parts of the body. By using a targeted, pressure-point massage, we are able to restore the flow of energy throughout the body and promote total body wellness.

STRETCH
A full body or targeted area assisted stretching service to aid in pain management. Can be a stand alone service or paired with a massage service. During this service, you remain fully dressed, so make sure you wear loose or athletic type clothes to prevent any movement restrictions.

Whether you are feeling like pampering yourself a little more or wanting an additional solution for pain management, we offer enhancements that can be added into your service for only $10 each!
Aromatherapy- choose from 5 high quality, top rated essential oil blends
CBD Lotion Upgrade- CBD infused lotion that aids in stress relief, pain management, and more
Cupping- suctions to the skin to increase blood flow, reduce muscle tension, and aid in pain management (can cause skin discoloration/bruising)
Deep Muscle Relief- combination of prossage (heating oil) and Biofreeze (cooling gel) for a therapeutic icy hot
Exfoliating Back/Foot/Hand Scrub- focuses on removing dead skin while promoting hydration and relaxation
Peppermint Scalp Massage- peppermint essential oil infused scalp massage that is great for stress relief and headache/migraine therapy
Theragun- percussion instrument to helps to break down muscle adhesions and aids in releasing tension
**Appointments are scheduled for 30, 60, 90, and 120 minute services. The hands on time is what is displayed for full transparency. The first five minutes are reserved for client consultation + disrobing and the last five minutes are reserved for redressing and client recommendations.
