Cancellations or Rescheduling Appointments
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment(s), please do so the day before. Any same day cancellations will result in a 50% charge and any no call no shows will result in a 100% charge. Our providers time is valuable and missed appointments cause others from being able to schedule during that time.
Payment, Gratuity, and Gift Cards
Payments are accepted in the form of cash, most major credit cards and Blue Stone Spa gift cards. Blue Stone Spa gift cards contain values which may be used to purchase products and services at face value. This card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. The card must be presented at time of purchase and the available balance will be applied to the transaction. Service prices are subject to change without notice. Redemption of gift cards should be within 1 year of purchase to avoid expiration. This card is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Any unused balance will remain on the card. Gratuities are not included in the value of the services and are at the discretion of the guest.
Age Requirements
Massage Services- up to the discretion of the parent/guardian as our staff will perform on minors
Esthetic Services- up to the discretion of the parent/guardian as our staff will perform on minors
All minors must have a parent/guardian in the building during the duration of the appointment
We try our best to schedule minors with the same sex provider if at all possible unless otherwise instructed by the parent/guardian
Parents/guardians will have intake forms sent to their email and be required to complete
Helpful Reminders
We ask that you please turn all cell phones on vibrate or silent to help us keep noise levels within the office at a minimum as there are other clients receiving services.
We provide water in office to encourage hydration, but continue drinking water the day of your apppointment and the day after to flush your system.
After skincare services, you do not need to do anything additional at home the same day that you receive treatment. Wait until the next morning to restart your routine.
If you are receiving a stretch service, make sure to wear lose, athletic type clothes to prevent any movement restrictions.
