Book Your Appointment
In scheduling appointments, we ask that you call our office at 864-307-8584 or use our online booking link. We require a credit/debit card on file to reserve any appointments to ensure that we are able to enforce our cancellation policy. We also want to make sure that you are being scheduled with the correct provider based on pressure preferences, goals, or any specific accommodations requested. All spa experiences are subject to availability. Menu service and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Arrival
To ensure that your appointment starts on time, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will give plenty of time for you to update any necessary forms, use the restroom, and relax in our waiting area before starting your appointment. Failure to arrive early to your appointment may result in a shortened service due to any necessary form updates.
Forms
Forms will be sent via email to those who have an active email address. For those who do not have an email address, forms will need to be completed in office. Each service that we offer requires clients to sign an intake form providing contact information, medical history, medications, and answering service related questions before the scheduled appointment. This is to ensure that providers are aware of any medical information or accommodations that they should provide.
Medical Releases
We do require medical releases for those who have received surgeries and are looking for lymphatic drainage, anyone actively undergoing cancer treatments, and prenatal clients who are considered high risk. This is to not only protect you, but to also protect Blue Stone Spa and its providers to allow us to take any necessary precautions to ensure that our methods and products will not cause any harm.
